Root in full presence of the bodymind. From grounded somatic practices on land to four days living aboard a yacht in the Red Sea, you’ll learn the basics of freediving while moving, listening, and transforming your connection to yourself, to water, nature and others.
Swimming with wild dolphins, meditation, emotional release, tea ceremonies, movement therapy, somatic practices, freediving, and more workshops will be part of your adventure.
Meeting the dolphins at eye level. Listen so deeply, that you could hear their messages. Letting the magic reveal itself not only in front of you but within you.
Ocean Dance: A Deep Journey with Dolphins is co-creating and opening a portal.
You are invited to
A safe place to be authentic, to explore yourself, through movement, sensations, beauty, and presence. A space to re learn how to relate with yourself, the world, and with others.
Picture this: You’re floating in liquid turquoise when a dolphin suddenly locks eyes with you. In that moment, every doubt, every «I’m not enough» dissolves. This is the magic we curate daily, this is what we want to transmit through these words.
For 9 days, the main guides of this experience will be the old masters, the Dolphins, that is why the process will be playful and joyful, we put the focus on this kind of medicine, we think it’s finally time to embrace our spiritual growth with more tenderness—and this retreat is designed to do just that.
We will focus on preparing ourselves, our bodymind, and heart to be ready to receive the Dolphins’ message.
What is the Ocean Dance in short? It is a method of connecting with the ocean through body awareness, interaction, play and spatial awareness.
Science meets Art; We teach freediving somatically, that is, by paying attention to bodily sensations. We teach movement and interaction in and with water through the patterns of movement (Basic Neuro-Cellular Patterns and Patterns of the Cycle of Satisfaction).
These movement patterns are about connection to self, to the world, and to others.
We believe that true connection begins when we slow down enough to feel ourselves again. In the space we create together—held by the sea, supported by breath, and grounded in the body—we invite you to rediscover this natural state of being. From this place, encounters with dolphins can arise not from chasing, but from a deep, shared presence.
There are moments in life when the soul longs to remember something deeper—something quieter than the noise, more spacious than the rush. This retreat is born from that longing.
